ARF Accuses Armenian Government of Political Harassment
The Armenian Revolutionary Federation’s Supreme Body, in a statement released today, accuses the Armenian government of targeting the ARF to weaken opposition to the administration of PM Nikol Pashinyan, which it describes as pursuing an “anti-national and foreign agenda”.
The Supreme Council points to the recent barring of three ARF affiliated individuals from entering Armenia as proof that the Pashinyan government is hounding the ARF for espousing a “national ideology and values.”
The statement says the ARF, the founding political force of Armenian statehood, will not waver from its principles and political beliefs.
“We will do our best to establish a government that serves Armenian statehood and national interests,” the statement reads.
