Artsakh’s Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure reports that the gas pipeline coming from Armenia to Artsakh was damaged tonight.

The incident took place near an Azerbaijani military position.

The ministry reports that Azerbaijani authorities are preventing the start of repairs to the damaged pipeline.

Negotiations are underway, through the mediation of the Russian peacekeeping mission, to start repairs tomorrow.
