Armenian President Armen Sarkissian is not privy to the details contained in a document, released yesterday by Armenia's former ambassador to the Vatican Mikayel Minasyan, that purports to be a new agreement reached by Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia on the demarcation of the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

"The President of the Republic believes that such processes should be as public as possible, with the involvement of all stakeholders," reads a statement issued by Sarkissian’s office.
