Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan and Armenia’s Chief Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan met today in Stepanakert and discussed issues related to the humanitarian crisis in Artsakh.

Harutyunyan, according to a statement released by his office, said that pan-Armenian cooperation is needed to rebuild Artsakh following the recent war so that Armenians remain in the country.

Sinanyan is heading a delegation now in Artsakh on a working visit.
