The Artsakh Emergency Service reports that to date, the remains of 1,039 bodies, soldiers and civilians alike, have been found in those areas of the country that witnessed fighting.

Relatives of killed or missing servicemen, as well as servicemen familiar with the area, are taking part in the search with the rescue detachments.
