Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan today, in Stepanakert, hosted Vitaly Milonov, a member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and a member of the United Russia (Единая Россия) faction.

"We discussed the situation in the region due to Azerbaijani-Turkish-terrorist aggression. Both of us stressed the inadmissibility of actions that undermine the stability of the region, including the involvement of foreign and terrorist forces. I thanked Mr. Milonov for the interest shown by his visit, as he emphasized the important role played by the Russian Federation in the settlement of the conflict and the establishment of a lasting peace," Harutyunyan wrote in a FB post.

United Russia is the ruling political party in Russia.
