Russian President Vladimir Putin today discussed the current situation in Nagorno Karabakh with the permanent members of the Russian Security Council.  

The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Federal Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Secretary of the Security Council Nikolai Patrushev , Kremlin Chief of Staff Anton Vaino , Deputy Chairman of the National Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, Director of the Interior Ministry Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergey Naryshkin.
