Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan issued a statement today that heavy fighting continues along the entire Artsakh-Azerbaijan border and that "our soldiers are fighting heroically for every inch of our land."

Harutyunyan writes that the Artsakh Defense Army is inflicting heavy losses on Azerbaijani military forces, who, with the support of Turkey, are trying to invade Artsakh, occupy it, and physically annihilate the Armenian population there.

“I am convinced that there is no one left in the world who is not finally convinced of this truth. The force preventing this inhuman crime today is our army, which performs heroic feats on the battlefield, forcing the enemy to retreat from the myths it created,” Harutyunyan writes.
