Armenian Minister of Economy Tigran Khachatryan today visited the premises of the Yerevan Chocolate Factory.

Company founder Sos Sahakyan told the minister that, so far this year, sales have increased by 37%, and exports by 141%, over last year.  

40% of what the plant produces, labelled “Made in Armenia” is mainly exported to markets in the EEU, Ukraine, France, USA, Israel, Estonia and China.

The plant now employees 240 individuals and plans to add another fifty jobs by next year.
